Our Opposition to concrete lining of the Tulare Irrigation Canal

Since 1998 when the Tulare Irrigation District first proposed lining the canal, the Mineral King Group has been working to stop the project. We filed written comments on the Environmental Impact Statement, and have joined in two lawsuits concerning the issue. Below are some of the legal documents.
